Baijiu

The world’s most consumed alcohol still remains rather mysterious in Australia. Derived from one or more of either sorghum, rice or corn, this clear and potent spirit has been a part of Chinese culture for thousands of years. It plays an important part in family gatherings and business meetings, giving rise to the old saying, “The table can’t be set without Baijiu”. We have fallen hard for this spirit and infused it ourselves with some native Australian ingredients for an easy and delicious introduction to this ancient drop. Ganbei away!
