Not only will you savour head chef Jake Pregnell’s (Rick Shores, Spice Temple) exquisite four-course neo-Chinese menu, but you’ll also learn the regional Chinese traditions and inspirations behind each dish; from Guangdong to Shandong, Hunan to Yunnan and in between.

And, of course, being a Selector event, each dish will be perfectly paired with a beautiful Australian wine to compliment all the fantastic flavours.
